The students are provided with hands-on practical training in the restaurant from the first day of their admission. The service training is put into action during lunch service for the staff members of the institute. A team of students comprising of representatives from all the years manage Food & Beverage Service operations during the lunch hour which gives them immense experiential learning. The training restaurant is a place to sharpen practical skills as well as interpersonal skills of the students at work, while also providing an exposure to the simulated ambience of a fine dining restaurant.
This is another demonstration restaurant mainly for the 2nd and 3rd year students where they are groomed to acquire skills on the service of beverages. The restaurant hosts a bar counter where the students are groomed in the operational and management skills required to handle such an operation in the industry.
