Training Restaurant

training-restaurantThe students are provided with hands-on practical training in the restaurant from the first day of their admission. The service training is put into action during lunch service for the staff members of the institute. A team of students comprising of representatives from all the years manage Food & Beverage Service operations during the lunch hour which gives them immense experiential learning. The training restaurant is a place to sharpen practical skills as well as interpersonal skills of the students at work, while also providing an exposure to the simulated ambience of a fine dining restaurant.

 

Speciality Restaurant

speciality-restaurantThis is another demonstration restaurant mainly for the 2nd and 3rd year students where they are groomed to acquire skills on the service of beverages. The restaurant hosts a bar counter where the students are groomed in the operational and management skills required to handle such an operation in the industry.
